Breakfast pretty awful. They would not give me a decaf coffee. All they could provide was instant. Completely unacceptable for the price you pay. There was dried up scrambled egg which they replaced when I pointed it out only for them provide a tepid bowl of it.
I realised it some times when i sit on the roulette machines, someone from the cashier they do something to the machine and there is a bell that rings on the machine and after that it affects your game and u can't win big, i am their old customer and they did it to me many times, all the cashiers here are miserable people and some of the waitresses as well, the Grosvenor on Broad Street is quite better than here!!!! ????

A clean and well serviced room with comfortable bed. Next time will remember to specify king size bed rather than two single beds. Perhaps a trade off for the high floor! Hassle free check in and out too. oito/10.

Excellent hotel, fantastic location- the most attentive team. You cannot have a better location. Just right by the tram stop and a few minutes walk from bars, clubs, supermarkets and the train stations. Absolutely love this fantastic hotel with world class service and a great team.

.. our bedroom was good only sad we hadn't the time to enjoy the spa which is included too. Breakfast was definitely the best I have had in any hotel in Birmingham... and everyone we encountered staff wise were so lovely..... ????
I stayed here recently. I found the hotel to be drab, lifeless and tired. I stayed in a room which overlooked the most depressing view of a flat roof and some scruffy looking offices directly opposite. It was grim and somewhat depressing to peer out from the curtains which I kept shut for the duration. The chap on the desk said he had a lovely room for me so I was eagerly anticipating something rather special. Instead I was greeted with a basic room that was clean and tidy with adequate facilities. My next door neighbour was playing dance anthems at top notch. There was access to the room next door by an adjoining door.
Additionally, several other games were inaccessible. To add to our disappointment, when we attempted to redeem our tickets at the ticket eater machine, pelo receipt was issued. Fortunately, the service personnel acknowledged the number of tickets we had and manually distributed prizes to my children. The cleanliness of the mall was also a major Liverpool slots concern. The washrooms were unpleasant, and the overall appearance of the building was outdated. While the restaurants appeared clean, the unappealing environment deterred us from dining there. In conclusion, my visit to StarCity was a complete disaster, and I will not be returning.
The rooms are always spotless, beautifully presented and super functional. I booked a standard suite that had a mini kitchen area, an ample en-suite and great sized bed with the best pillows I’ve ever slept on!!
Watched a few people empty rubbish out of their cars and dump it on the floor - this was just after arriving and parking up. The multi storey car park was in darkness and had builders yard fencing in front of it. The car park is full of badly parked cars. The mindset of the people here was embarrassing - people eating and dropping food and litter despite standing within a few feet of the bins.
